| We want you to be satisfied
with our fine art prints and for your convenience we offer
a subscription plan which allows you to reduce the cost of
your final purchase. Please inquire for more information
about our subscription plan. If you do not wish to use this
plan, you have to pay the full amount at time of sale. Please
be aware that you have to provide us with a UPS or Fed Ex
account for shipping or it will be billed to your Art Territory
invoice. It will take 3-5 business days to process your order.
If you require rush delivery please specify this in your
order. |

Returns and Exchanges
| Art Territory will accept
returns as long as the artworks are returned in their original
condition. We will gladly accept a return for exchange within
five (5) business days from date of delivery. |

obtain your RMA number, which is vital to processing your return. |
| Any shipping problems are covered by
mandatory insurance, included in the final cost of your purchase,
and should be taken up with the shipping agent used and not
with Art Territory. |
Be sure to include your invoice and the RMA number
with the products you are returning. If you do not have your
original invoice, please include a separate sheet of paper
including the order number, name, address and a brief reason
why this item(s) is being returned. This will help in processing
your refund faster.
How to return an UNFRAMED
item:
- If possible, re-package the item using the packaging we used
to send your order.
- Secure package using packaging tape. Cover up any existing
tears or punctures.
How to return a FRAMED item:
- If possible, re-package the item using the packaging we used
to send your order.
- Wrap frame in the white foam or bubble wrap. If you don't
have these materials, use layers of newspaper as substitute.
- Center your frame on the box insert. If your box contained
two items, center them as best as you can side by side. Do
not stack .
- Tape the insert flaps around frame/s to secure into place.
Do not tape too tightly as this may damage your item or tear
insert.
- Place insert inside the Art Territory box by folding the
ends into the locked position.
- Secure the box using strong shipping tape around all sides.
*Tape over any existing punctures or tears.
